Refund policy

When the client places an order, they by default agree to all of our terms and conditions as follows:

Thank you for considering Nehasika for your purchase. As all of our products are custom made to your specifications, we have a strict no refunds policy.

Once your order is confirmed and payment has been received, our team of skilled artisans will begin the process of creating your one-of-a-kind item. Due to the personalised nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds, unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately upon receipt of your order. We will require photo and video evidence of the damage or defect in order to process your claim. If the damage or defect is deemed valid, we will arrange for a replacement to be made and shipped to you as soon as possible.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges in the following cases:
- Wrong size received
- Manufacturing defect
- Wrong item received

Exchanges are not available for: worn or washed items, items with tags removed, customised orders, or sale items.

To raise an exchange request, please WhatsApp us at 9870180013 within 48 hours of delivery with your Order ID and clear photos of the item. An unboxing video is required for damage or defect claims. The item will undergo a quality check, and once approved, we will process your exchange.

Please note that we are not responsible for any errors or inaccuracies made by the customer when placing their order, including but not limited to incorrect measurements or color choices. We strongly advise our customers to carefully review their order before submitting it to ensure all information is accurate.
