When the client places an order, they by default agree to all of our terms and conditions as follows:

We ship worldwide. The shipping charges for all shipping within India is included in the list price and is completely borne by us. However, the shipping charges for international shipping will be additional and will be charged based on the weight and volume of the product and the country where the delivery is being dispatched. Shipping charges will be shared upon inquiry.

At our online store, we offer international shipping to customers all over the world. However, please note that international shipments may be subject to import taxes, custom duties, and other fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. These charges are beyond our control, and we cannot predict their amount or impact on your order.

It is your responsibility to pay any additional charges for customs clearance, and we recommend that you contact your local customs office for more information before placing an order. If you refuse to pay these charges and the shipment is returned to us no refunds will be issued.

Please also note that international shipping times may vary depending on your location and customs clearance procedures. We will provide you with a tracking number and estimated delivery date for your shipment, but we cannot guarantee that the package will arrive on the specified date.

Domestic

Products will be delivered within 05–25 business days, depending on the outfit ordered. Please be aware that delays may occur if the following information is not provided or received in a timely manner:

1. Full payment is not completed.
2.Inaccurate or incomplete address details.
3.Incorrect or incomplete measurement information.
4.Delayed response or communication from the customer.

For urgent delivery requests, please contact us directly. We will make every effort to accommodate your request on a best-effort basis, subject to availability and feasibility.

International

When ordering a product, it’s important to note that the delivery timeline can range from 30-75 days for us to ship your order depending on the outfit selected. 

However, it’s also important to provide accurate and complete information to avoid any potential delays. This includes ensuring that complete payment is received, providing accurate address details, and providing correct and complete measurements. Additionally, delays can occur if there is a delayed response from the customer. Please keep these factors in mind when planning for the delivery of your order.
