Refund & Return Policy

When the client places an order, they by default agree to all of our terms and conditions as follows:

Thank you for considering Nehasika for your purchase. As all of our products are custom made to your specifications, we have a strict no refunds or exchanges policy.

Once your order is confirmed and payment has been received, our team of skilled artisans will begin the process of creating your one-of-a-kind item. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges, unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately upon receipt of your order. We will require photo and video evidence of the damage or defect in order to process your claim. If the damage or defect is deemed valid, we will arrange for a replacement to be made and shipped to you as soon as possible.

Please note that we are not responsible for any errors or inaccuracies made by the customer when placing their order, including but not limited to incorrect measurements or color choices. We strongly advise our customers to carefully review their order before submitting it to ensure all information is accurate.
